Covered in this compliance course are the general principles for preventing fires in the workplace.

What steps should be taken to reduce these hazards?

How do you protect yourself from fire hazards, and what do you do in case of a fire?

This online course is intended for all employees and addresses the OSHA compliance training requirements for fire prevention plans (29 CFR 1910.38(b)) and emergency action plans (29 CFR 1910.38(a)).

Emphasis is placed on the importance of good housekeeping in order to prevent the accumulation of potentially flammable materials. Also stressed is the importance of proper handling and storage of flammable liquids, thereby reducing the risk of fire.

Upon successful completion of our OSHA Fire Prevention course each student will have access to a printable certificate and wallet card.
