Governing Regulations: The Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 created the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). OSHA, an agency of the U.S. Department of Labor, is charged with the enforcement of safety and health conditions of workers through the use of regulations published in the Code of Federal Regulations. OSHA regulations are published in Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Part 1910 is reserved for general industry standards. Ammonia refrigeration regulations are found in 29 CFR 1910.119, entitled "Process safety management of highly hazardous chemicals."

This is a very good course and many people other than the refrigeration people should take this informative course just because they may at a location with this equipment and should stay away or only know how to help in a emergency and also what not to do - IE best to stay away but some don't they rush to a scene to see what is going on.
