Online Training Certificate Course
29 CFR 1910.95
From the highest rated and most trusted online training company - since 2008.
This course is offered in partnership with Hard Hat Training, a 360training™ company.
This online training course covers OSHA hearing standards for occupational noise exposure. It provides an overview of the basic components of hearing conservation, which includes the methods of selection, use, and care of hearing protection. Course topics include hazard identification, sound measurements, reasons for hearing loss, and standards for hearing loss prevention.
A variety of workplaces produce high levels of noise. Prolonged exposure to loud noises can result in hearing loss and other detrimental health effects. Hearing protection training is required for all workers exposed to noise at or above 85 decibels (dB) averaged over 8 working hours, or an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA).
This course is in partnership with Hard Hat Training. Hard Hat Training and Compliance Training Online™ are divisions of the 360training™.
