MSHA REFRESHER
Fulfill MSHA's miner annual refresher training requirements. To be MSHA compliant, your company must have a training plan that is approved by and administered by a competent person. Your company can use any or all of our courses as part of that plan.

MSHA regulations training expires every year. To maintain compliance, all on-site mining employees must complete MSHA refresher training annually. Anyone who works at a surface or underground mine site must have 8 hours of mining refresher training each year. We offer a wide selection of online training courses that help fulfill these training requirements for anyone working in a mine with at least one year of mining experience.
The Part 46 mining refresher course highlights various surface mine site hazards for accident prevention. This surface mining refresher training covers health and safety factors, prevalent hazards, emergency procedures, hazardous equipment, and best practices for accident prevention.
Our Part 48 mining refresher online certification course covers the training requirements for underground mining operators and surface mines not covered under Part 46. The underground mining refresher course aims to provide experienced miners with greater understanding of underground mine health and safety hazards, the regulations that accompany work at a mine, and the rights of miners.
