This course is intended for construction workers and supervisors, and anyone involved in the construction industry. OSHA recommends Outreach Training Program as an orientation to the occupational health and safety of workers. This course provides 10 hour construction training certification and workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job.

Each year, more and more employers train their workers with the OSHA Outreach Program for 10 hour Construction.
One of the requirements of the OSHA 10-hour course is that you are expected to spend a minimum of 10 hours actively reviewing the course.
This OSHA 10-Hour Training course is designed to help workers stay up to date with OSHA safety requirements and reduce job site hazards.

This course curriculum meets OSHA's requirements for the 10-Hour Construction Outreach Training Program and provides critical knowledge on a variety of OSHA-regulated safety and health topics.
OSHA Policies to Note
- OSHA limits all OSHA Outreach Training (classroom and online) to a maximum of 7.5 hours training per day in all OSHA 10-Hour courses. As a result, all 10-Hour courses must be delivered over a minimum of two days.
- OSHA also defines Program Jurisdiction Restrictions. Outreach Training Programs are limited to OSHA Jurisdiction only. Student course completion cards can only be issued for students within U.S. jurisdiction (the 50 States and certain U.S. Territories).
- You must complete this training within 180 days.
